The Food and Drug Law Institute is conducting an audioconference to discuss the new Pandemic and All-Hazard Preparedness Act. This legislation focuses on Federal, state and local emergency preparedness capabilities. Its aim is to enhance accountability of federal funds, promote enhanced levels of preparedness and coordinate government and regions at all levels throughout the country and improve the nation’s biosurveillance capabilities.
